Extended Bio for Thuy Tran

A good number of people know me pretty well to the point that they know my opinions on certain topics...and then there are the hand full of people who really know me to the point that they can pin point what I'll do and say, and the inner workings of my mind. I'm writing this blog because I have very few people to talk to in Houston, and I feel the need to be expressive. I also like people to get to know me and not just hear things about me floating around. The following are random useful things about me- enjoy

1. want to be a surgeon or geriatric doctor by the time I'm 30
2. will be a high school teacher later on in my professional career
3. transfered to Rice because it's prestigious and closer to home
4. love being in New York and California
5. want to have 4 kids (girl names: Delphi, Nik, Kriss...)(boy names: Pearce..)
6. have truly loved two guys
7. have an interest in both sexes
8. love to be in front of the camera as i do behind the camera
9. drink green tea religiously everyday
10. drink chilled petron or belvedere with a pineapple chase at clubs
11. really like to have long hair
12. like big cars
13. order McDonalds nuggets happy meal with sprite and vanilla ice cream cone
14. wish i was as tall as my parents
15. really miss my family...i tear up thinking about them
16. have gotten more human/emotional since graduating high school
17. am not smart...im just a hard worker
18. am not beautiful...just cute
19. like Toblerone chocolate
20. worked as a sexual health educator in New York for a year
21. mentor at Sharpstown high school
22. tutor kids at the Nehemiah Center after school 3-6 pm
23. will help whenever i can help
24. will always do what im capable of doing...evn if it means overloading myself

26. hate to be lonely
27. love to make people beautiful
28. like nice things that are worth it...like classic LV bags and diamond watches
29. don't care when it comes to technology...if it works, it's fine
30. temperature sensitive...i get extra hot and extra cold very easily
31. reallly like old vietnamese music
32. tend to listen to a lot of sad songs english and vietnamese
33. love ice cream with pecans and caramel
34. never forget those who are kind to me...even if they are ugly to me later
35. am an optimist in that i know things will move on and get better
36. see the natural/crude/sad nature of life...things and beauty will eventually die
37. enjoy drivin at night,when its quiet n all u can hear is the wind n ur heart beat
38. would like to start a pageant for young teen girls in the Dallas/Houston area

49. want to do MVG 2007 so i can use the prize money to use as donations to the places that i will be volunteering at overseas this next year

14. am a hopeless romantic...my knight in shining armor will come

16. got the scar on my forhead when i was 6, the pool gate slammed in my face

18. have lots of accessories, but feel accessorizing is pretty tiring
19. love music by Se7en!..and think he's cuuuute
20. think Luong Tung Quang is still good looking
21. like the color black...it's deep, classic, and mysterious
22. am worried of my little brother in his teenage years...gosh he better behave
23. need to learn more about being a Buddhist
24. am going to pick up Yoga this year
25. love oatmeal with brown sugar....and chewy granola bars by Quaker

28. drink only plain soy milk at home
